1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within [1-3] business days after payment confirmation (holidays may cause delays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Delivery Time & Cost
Delivery times and costs depend on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Estimated transit times (from shipment date) for our main regions are:

Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. Taxes & Duties
l North America: US states and Canada may charge sales tax or GST/HST. Some orders may be dutyfree, but buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
l Europe: For EU orders, any VATinclusive or exclusive prices will be clearly shown at checkout. When shipping from outside the EU, you may need to pay import VAT and duties.
l Southeast Asia: Each country has its own de minimis threshold. Please consult your local customs office.
Important: As the importer, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. We cannot predict these charges and are not responsible for them.
4. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will charge a reshipping fee and are not liable for the loss.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays but will notify you and help resolve issues.
6. Non-delivery
If you have not received your package after the maximum estimated time, first contact your local post office or carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation. Some countries may require you to complete a lost package declaration.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because you refused customs clearance, provided a wrong address, or failed to pick it up, we will refund the product price minus actual shipping costs, or ask you to pay for reshipment.
